The pizza here is Greek style and they do it well. Subs are a little on the small side but still very good, staff has always been friendly.

I am sorry to report one of the better Pizza joints around here is slowly going into the pooper of has-beens. They USED to have Lasagna that was cheezy, meaty delicious.....now they never have it available. Taco Pizza, it was a good alternative to the "normal" pies, they "ran out of ingredients" I know they have a new owner and it seems they are doing all they can to make it just an overpriced plain old pizza joint. Too bad. Gone are the Kalamata Olives for the greek salad.....Seriously, who puts a cheap, waxy black olive on a greek salad?

We placed our order for a large party ahead of time to be ready when we arrived for lunch break. We got there and the food wasn't ready, that's ok. What wasn't ok was the food started coming out, crappy sandwich after crappy sandwidch. The last people to get their sandwiches waited 45 min. By that time the waitress attitude was so bad she slammed the tray down and didn't even deliver the last sandwich. Wow....

The pizza here is some of the best around. The sauce is always the perfect sweetness, they use the right amount of cheese and spices... I love this restaurant.

Hartford Pizza's hamburger/cheeseburger subs are the worst I, and my friends, have ever had anywhere. The times we've had it, the burger is broken up into uneven little dry chunks by hand and placed on top of all the lettuce and cheese etc. This is NOT how this sandwich is supposed to be made! The pieces of burger should not be in dry uneven chunks resting on top of everything else in the sandwich; they should be cut into even pieces with a KNIFE after having cheese melted onto the meat while cooking, then toppings placed around this conglomeration, to make it delicious and melty and right! The pizza is pretty good, but it EXTREMELY overpriced. A large pizza is the size of a medium pizza, and is $17.00 with just pepperoni and one vegetable topping. And ours was cut totally uneven, with large pieces on the left and tiny pieces on the right. How hard can it be to make a sandwich or a pizza the right way? And charge an appropriate price? It's really not that hard. This place needs a serious makeover and reality check.

My husband and I were driving through town looking for a quick bite and ran across Hartford Pizza. The restaurant is clean, bright and the employees are super friendly. The food was great! I had a greek salad with extra feta and they do not skimp in the feta! The cheese was excellent and the homemade greek dressing was delicious. My husband had an Italian sub and it was perfectly toasted and had good quality meats in it. We will definitely be back!

I've been up in White River Junction a few times recently and found Hartford Pizza to be a little gem of a restaurant. Casual, prompt service with good food! I had buffalo wings & pepperoni pizza.

I've gotten take-away several times since my last review and this place is consistently good. It's a very clean, efficient neighborhood pizzeria/sub shop. It's not gourmet food and isn't touted as such.
